Vontas is excited to announce that Naomi Schellenberg will be joining the company as the new Vice President of Operations, responsible for all of Vontas’ customer care and delivery, and a key member of our leadership team effective September 16, 2024.
Naomi brings a wealth of experience in operations, client services, and leadership from her tenure with Modaxo, including her most recent role as General Manager of Busology. Her journey with the Modaxo family began in 2013 holding a variety of roles, leading teams in project management, professional services, and customer care.
In her new role at Vontas, Naomi will concentrate on driving effective execution within the Operations team, specifically in system implementation, production operations, and customer care and support. She will also lead key initiatives that align with Vontas’ strategic goals, including delivering adaptable, modular solutions that integrate seamlessly with mission-critical agency software, and strengthening Vontas’ position as a trusted technology partner for transit agencies.

Outside of her professional life, Naomi is an avid ice hockey player and outdoor enthusiast, spending her free time skiing and camping. She is also actively involved in her community, volunteering with her son’s hockey teams and her daughter’s dance studio. Naomi’s dedication to mentoring students through the Women in Science and Engineering Club at the University of Calgary further demonstrates her commitment to leadership and personal development.
