One of the ultimate measures of success, along with project completion, is widespread adoption of new features, functions and how they enable their business. With true success, those changes become part of daily operations and empower the team.
The best way to ensure a project’s success is bringing everyone together and sharing insights and feedback. As Brownlee says, she takes advice from her colleagues and asks “How did this work for you? What were your shortcomings? What type of problems did you have?” so she can avoid making the same mistakes. And she does the same for them when giving out her own advice.
